Current Shipping Special:

For a limited time only! We are offering $5.00 flat rate ground shipping on all orders over $25.00 going to anywhere within the contiguous 48 states. This includes everything in the store, no item exceptions!

All deductions will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Returns:

100% Unconditional Satisfaction:

We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If you are not 100% satisfied with your recent purchase, simply return it to us within 60 days of purchase and we will gladly issue a refund or store credit.

We regret we cannot refund shipping charges for returns unless the merchandise is defective, damaged or incorrect. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with a return.

If the merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. If merchandise is opened and/or unable to be resold, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.

Instructions for returning an item:

Our returns are hassle-free! It is not necessary to contact us prior to returning an item unless it is large/over-sized merchandise or damaged, defective or incorrect (see below). Please include a copy of the packing slip with the return information section completed. If the item was shipped directly from the manufacturer, please include a copy of the manufacturer's packing slip. If you no longer have your packing slip, please call us at 1.877.710.4910 or e-mail support@amerikid.com and we will be happy to issue a new one.

Instructions for returning a damaged, defective or incorrect item:

We make every effort possible to ensure that your merchandise is delivered to you in perfect condition. However, on rare occasion it may be necessary to return a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Please call us at 1.877.710.4910 or e-mail support@amerikid.com, so we can arrange and pay for the item to be picked up by UPS at your convenience. Your refund will reflect the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and all related shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.

Shipping Methods & Times:

Standard Shipping - Orders ship by ground via UPS or USPS unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout. Standard shipping time is 2-7 business days from the time the order leaves our facility.

Expedited Shipping - Orders ship via UPS, USPS Express or FedEx. Expedited shipping time is 2-3 business days from the time the order leaves our facility.

Fast Processing:

All stock orders placed Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST will be shipped the next business day. All stock orders placed during weekend hours before 5pm EST on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

*PLEASE NOTE - Many of our items ship directly from the manufacturer. In this case, processing times are governed by the schedules of each individual manufacturer. Manufacturer processing time is indicated in the product availability section which is located above the "Add to Cart" button.

Where we Ship:

We ship to the lower 48 contiguous states*. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or internationally at this time.

*Most orders can ship to Alaska or Hawaii, however it is necessary to contact us at support@amerikid.com to receive a shipping quote prior to placing an order.

Payment Options:

We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

Gift Message:

If the gift message section is filled out in the checkout process, your gift message will be included on the packing slip located within the packaging, except in the instance where the product ships directly from the manufacturer. In this case, we cannot guarantee gift messages. We do not put prices on our packing slips.

Gift Wrap:

Gift wrap is available on stock items (size permitting) for $4.00 per item. The option to include gift wrapping is available on the item description page.

Privacy Policy:

We value you as a customer at AmeriKid and will not share or sell any of your personal information to any third party. All personal information collected during the shopping experience is used to fulfill your order, advise you on the status of your order and/or improve your shopping experience. When you subscribe to our mailing list, you will only receive emails from AmeriKid regarding new products, promotions or sales. We do not share our mailing list with anyone. You may unsubscribe anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email newsletter.

Security:

We do not store your credit card information on our servers. The personal information you submit to us is stored only at our secure servers located at Yahoo! and all credit card numbers are deleted after 30 days. No unauthorized party will be able to access this information.

Additionally, we use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your online order information. SSL is the widely accepted protocol that protects data sent between your computer and our web site. It prevents unauthorized parties from accessing your personal information such as a phone number, address or credit card number.
